About these terms
These terms apply to your use of letiq.co.uk, which is operated by LET IQ LTD, trading as LETiQ (company number 15928908, registered office 61 Albert Street, Rugby, CV21 2SN). By using the site you accept these terms. Terms for course bookings, including payment, cancellation and refunds, are set out in the cancellation and refunds section below and confirmed at the point of booking.
Use of the site
The site and its content (text, design, logos, course descriptions and Journal articles) belong to LET IQ LTD or its licensors and are protected by copyright. You may view, download and print pages of this website for your own personal use, but you may not reproduce or republish them commercially without our permission. This applies to the public website only. Course materials on our learning platform are protected content and may not be downloaded, copied or shared, and access to them is governed by the course booking terms and the platform's own terms.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep everything on the site accurate and current, including course details, pricing and pass rates. Course content, dates and pricing may change between cohorts; the details confirmed at booking are the ones that apply. Nothing on this site constitutes legal advice: Journal articles and course materials are for professional education and general information.
Links and third party services
Booking and course delivery happen on our learning platform, LearnWorlds, which has its own terms. Links to other websites are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of this website, or for the site being temporarily unavailable.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Cancellation and refunds
Buying a course online is a distance sale, so you have a 14 day cooling off period. At checkout you confirm you would like access to begin straight away. The £300 Propertymark exam fee is collected separately when you book your exam, so this policy covers the £595 course fee.
- 14 day guarantee. You have 14 days from purchase to request a full refund of your course fee, as long as you have not gone beyond the first section of the course.
- Immediate access. At checkout you confirm that you would like access to begin straight away. If you work through more than the first section within those 14 days, you have chosen to start the course and the refund guarantee no longer applies. This is standard for online courses and is what keeps your access instant.
- After 14 days. After 14 days, or once you have progressed beyond the first section, the course fee is non refundable, as you keep lifetime access to the materials.
- Exam fee. The £300 Propertymark exam fee is paid separately when you book your exam. It is refundable up until your exam is registered with Propertymark, after which it is non refundable, as it is passed on to Propertymark.
- Transfers. If your circumstances change, we may be able to move you to a later cohort instead of giving a refund. Just get in touch.
