Built for three kinds of agency.
Learning and development lead at a national or large agency, buying for a team and answerable for the spend. You get a Propertymark recognised centre, a named tutor supporting every learner and a 96% pass rate, so there are real results to show for the investment.
A working agent ready to take the qualification seriously. You want structure, proper support and a recognised Level 3 certificate, not a self serve video library to battle through alone. Taught live, tutor supported the whole way, with everything saved so you never fall behind.
You invest in your team. We invest in them for life.
Passing with us is just the start. Every learner who qualifies unlocks a library of short courses and annual legal updates, so staying compliant and keeping their CPD current is taken care of, for good.

Common questions
Yes. We are a Propertymark Qualifications Recognised Centre and learners sit the Level 3 Certificate in Property Agency, a qualification that travels with them for life.
You join a fixed cohort taking the qualification together. Live taught sessions, delivered online or in your office, structured workbooks, mock exams, office hours and recorded catch up. Around 26 weeks to exam ready, with 36 hours of live teaching, built around working agents.
We book you onto the Propertymark exam on one of two set dates each cycle, a Wednesday or a Saturday, so teams can plan around the desk. If you need a different day, we can arrange an individual booking for a £125 admin fee.
Online, in exam conditions. As a Propertymark learning centre we set you up to sit the exam remotely, invigilated and marked directly by the Propertymark Qualifications examination team.
96% of learners who complete the cohort pass within six months. Cohort results are published as they land.
Everything you need to qualify. The live taught cohort delivered online or in your office, workbooks for every unit, section quizzes, full online videos covering all the content, the whole course as a podcast, three mock exams per unit, set office hours and recorded catch up for anything you miss. The £300 Propertymark exam fee is paid separately, and VAT applies to the course only.
Most providers hand you content and leave the finishing to you. We do it differently. You take the most recognised Level 3 in property, the Propertymark qualification, in a supported cohort, learning as a group with a named tutor the whole way. It is not only what we offer that sets us apart, it is also how many people finish.
96% of our learners who complete the cohort pass the exam, compared with a pass rate closer to 75% across the wider register. Separately, sector wide only around 30 to 40 percent of people who start actually finish. The cohort cadence, live teaching and mock exams are what get people to the exam and through it.
The course runs over 26 weeks, with 9 hours of live teaching for each of the 4 units, 36 hours of teaching in total. Alongside the live sessions you have workbooks, mock exams and office hours. Revision time is on top and varies from person to person. The cohort is built around working agents.
Yes. We work with agencies and stage rates across cohorts. Talk to us about a team.
Individuals pay at booking. Teams can get in touch and we will handle the billing directly.
Both, depending on how you join. In an open cohort it is live online webinars, all recorded so you can catch up any time. For an agency training its own team, we come to your office, run it online, or mix the two, whatever suits you best.
Yes, with one thing to be aware of. If you are already registered with another provider, they hold your exam registration, so your exams must be taken through them and we cannot book them for you. We can still take you on for the training and prepare you fully for the exam.
It is rare, and most learners pass first time, which is exactly why we teach live and support you the whole way. If you do not pass, we will organise for you to re-sit the paper with Propertymark Qualifications for £62.50. Should you want more support before you sit again, an additional tutor session can be booked for a fee, subject to availability.
No formal qualifications and no set experience. The Level 3 is designed to take you from the ground up, so whether you are new to the industry or have years on the desk, you start on the same footing and we build from there.
We run three cohorts a year, starting in January, April and June. Places in each group are limited so we can keep tutor support high, so it is worth booking early to secure the date you want. We start the last one in June so you finish by mid December, in time to enjoy the festivities.
Qualifying with us is just the start. You earn the prestigious MARLA letters after your name, showing your dedication to the industry, subject to Propertymark's terms. Every learner who passes unlocks free access to our library of short courses and annual legal updates, so staying compliant and keeping your CPD current is taken care of, for good, with no monthly subscription to pay.
