A career built in property.
I have spent my whole career in property. I started as a lettings negotiator in 1998 and worked up to running the lettings department for a prestigious central London agency. I have done the job, not just taught it.
In 2008 I founded my own company, giving agents a specialist legal administration service to outsource the legal heavy lifting. Then I moved into training, deepened my own studies in property law, and have been a full time trainer in residential lettings and property management since 2010.
Since then I have trained agencies of every size, from small independents to large multinationals, and delivered directly for MOL, the academic institute behind Propertymark ARLA's Level 3 Technical Award. Today I am an affiliate trainer and service provider for Propertymark Qualifications, one of only a handful in the UK.
